How Conecta works, from the first call to the last meeting
What your team does at each stage, and what your attendees see while you do it. No developers needed on your side.

Step 1 · First
A demo call
Your team
- Tell us about the event: format, size, dates, and what people should leave with.
- See the attendee app and the dashboard on our demo event.
- Get pricing for your size and the parts you want switched on.
Your attendees
- Nothing yet.
Step 2 · Before the event
Your event space
Your team
- We open the event in Conecta and give your team dashboard access.
- Add your logo, covers, colours and the welcome screen.
- Load the agenda, rooms, speakers, exhibitors and the venue map.
- Pick a matchmaking template, then edit the interests and the intents each one allows.
- Write your onboarding questions. The first short answer becomes the About on every profile.
- Set meeting rules: in person or online, number of tables, meeting length, days and hours.
Your attendees
- Nothing yet. Their first impression is the welcome screen you designed.
Step 3 · Invites go out
People join
Your team
- Choose how people get in: matched Eventino tickets, personal codes by email, one shared code, or an open event.
- Send personal codes in bulk and watch sent, pending and redeemed counts.
- Schedule an announcement for when the matching opens.
Your attendees
- Sign in with email, Google or Apple, on the phone or in a browser.
- Answer your questions and pick interests with an intent for each.
- See a ranked For you list and start booking meetings before the event.
Step 4 · On the day
The event runs
Your team
- Watch the live meetings board and book meetings for people with the planner.
- Post announcements to everyone, or to one role or company.
- Moderate Q&A, run polls and keep an eye on the social wall.
- Sponsors scan badges and qualify their leads.
Your attendees
- Home shows the next meeting with its table and a countdown.
- Saved sessions sit next to meetings, with Q&A and polls inside each session.
- Scan a badge to open someone’s profile, or message them.
Step 5 · Afterwards
You keep the numbers
Your team
- Read opt-in rate, meetings per participant, acceptance rate and meetings before and during the event.
- Export participants and statistics to Excel or CSV, or sync to HubSpot.
- Use what you learned to change the format next time.
Your attendees
- Their connections and chats stay in the app after the event.
What to have ready before setup
You can start with less and fill the rest in later. Everything lives in the dashboard, so it can change up to the day.
- The agenda: sessions, rooms and speakers
- A first list of interests that fits your audience
- Two to four onboarding questions
- Your logo, a cover image and brand colours
- How attendees will get in: tickets, codes or open
- Where meetings happen: tables, booths or online
